MXP technical lead. I'm In

I have got my assessment for the MXP (Microsoft Excellence Program).
After my presentation they are going to discus if I'm in.

The result of my assessment is that I'm in and follow the program for the next 2 years.

Good news came yesterday (MXP)

Yesterday I've got good news from my boss.

 

I'm selected as youngest from 40 other colleagues to get a intake for the Microsoft Excellence Program - Technical Leader. 

What is a Technical Leader.
A Technical Leader acts as a leader from different disciplines, and provide quality assurance in development teams, technical innovations cost effective.

You are an expert in your field. Able technical progress - projects to pull out of the mud. You take ownership of technical innovations. You're visible internally and externally. Finally, you're the technical beacon and inspiration for others!

Next
In the coming weeks i will receive an invitation from Microsoft for an interview.
The intake will consist of a presentation (30 min) and questions & answers (30 min).

I'm looking forward to the interview.
